Commission requests and quotes
Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not by itself create a binding commission agreement. A commission begins only after the project scope, price, payment terms, timeline, and other material details are agreed upon by Amber Thaman Fine Arts and the client.
Custom artwork
Custom artwork is created by hand. Reasonable artistic variation may occur between reference materials, preliminary concepts, digital displays, and the finished work. Final project-specific expectations, revision terms, materials, dimensions, and delivery arrangements should be confirmed before work begins.
Murals and site-specific work
Mural projects may require additional information concerning the location, wall condition, dimensions, access, surface preparation, scheduling, materials, travel, installation, and site safety. Any project-specific requirements will be addressed as part of the quote or separate project agreement.
Purchases and payments
Payments may be completed through Square or another external payment provider. The payment provider’s own terms, privacy policy, and processing rules apply to transactions completed on its platform. Any deposits, balances, shipping charges, pickup arrangements, returns, cancellations, or refunds will be governed by the terms communicated for the specific purchase or commission.
Artwork availability
Original artwork may be one of a kind and can become unavailable at any time. A website listing or inquiry does not reserve a piece unless Amber Thaman Fine Arts confirms otherwise.
Copyright and intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or commercial-use rights. Images, artwork, branding, and other original content on this website may not be copied, reproduced, sold, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
Reference materials submitted by customers
If you provide photographs, images, logos, or other reference materials for a commission, you are responsible for having the right to provide and use those materials for the requested purpose.
